TERRITORIAL SYSTEM.

• (To the Siitor;. Sir, —In furtherance of '' Diggers'' illuminating article on our system of training, might I be allowed to add a lew remarks. Having been unavoidably present on many of the occasions mentioned, I can say they are true in overy respect. In addition to these, there might be mentioned the parade when five officers presented themselves before a, master of 35 men. Two of these directed us.
