STRANDED TROOPSHIP.
PARIS, Saturday
The Narragansett, carrying 2000 British troops from Havre to Southampton, stranded off Bembriclge during a snowstorm on Friday night.
Destroyers, tugs, lifeboats, and a cross-Channel ferry train rescued all the troops.
