<' WHO IS TO BLAME?' '
The most notable feature of the Triangle drama, "Who is to Blame?" now showing at the Paramount, is the fine acting and likeable personality of Jack Eddo, a young Japanese, who plays the part first of a rickshaw boy, and afterwards of servant to an American lawyer. The story is that of an erring husband, whose wife, returning home unexpectedly, finds him in compromising circumstances, and refuses to be reconciled to him. The young Japanese strives to disillusion his master as to the character of the woman who had caused the trouble, and having thus cleared the way he manages to bring the husband and wife together again, but in doing so he has to sacrifice himself. It is a most appealing story, delightfully produced, and with a continued element of the unexpected. Jack Livingston, Maude Wayne and Lillian West have the prominent parts, and acquit themselves with credit. A splendid episode of "The Fatal Einy " shows the further daventures of Aliss Pearl White.
