MS COMBS' LECTURE
Mr F. L. Combs' sixth lecture, with the above title, will be given in the Town Hall (Perry Street entrance) tomorrow night. Mexico will be used as an object lesson of the evils brought upon n semi-civilised people by international finance in its zeal for dividends and indifference to true welfare. Under the cloak of an eliieient despotism, the scandals of the Congo , have been outdone in Mexico. How this has -some to pass will be explained by the lecturer, who, in analysing the Mexican situation, will give its factors a
