ROUMANIAN VILLAGES PLUNDERED.
(Received Thursday, at 11.20 ».in.) PETROGRAD, Wednesday
M Trotsky addressed a Note to the Roumanian Ambassador with the object of outlining the Soviet's demands, and threatening harsh measures against those Roumanians aiding General Kaledin. The Ambassador has replied that the Russian division is now without organisation. The men leave the front without authority and plunder the Roumanian villages, which are suffering enormously through their excesses.
