TRAGIC SITUATION ON ROUMANIAN FRONT .
(Received Thursday, 11.20 a.m.) PETItOCrRAD, Wednesday. The situation on the Roumanian front is tragic. The relations between the Bolsheviks and the Roumanian officers is alarming. The Roumanians have occupied the Bessarabian town of Laeva, and also several villages, and have arrested aaid shot several Bolshevik leaders.
