ANARCHY IN ALBANIA.
FIERCE FIGHTING. A BATTLE IMMINENT. Prejs Association—Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received Wednesday, at 10.50 a.m.) PARIS, Tuesday. Le Temps , Janina correspondent reports that complete anarchy reigns in Albania. Moufid Bey, the provisional Foreign Minister, is marching against Essad Pasha, who hoisted the Austrian flag, and summoned the Government at Valona to surrender. A Belgrade telegram states that twenty thousand Albanians captured a fortification at Dibra after fierce fighting. Two hundred Albanians were killed.
