BRESLAU SCANDAL.
A SHOCKING- FEATURE. Press Association— Electrio Telefiraph—CocyrtchL BERLIN, Monday. A shock feature of the Breslau scandal is the allegation that the parents in several instances were aware of, and even connived at, their daughters , rain. The majority of the prisoners are men of position and wealth. There aro indications that the terrible story is not yet fully told. It is stated that the police officer who committed suicide was specially ontrusted with the task of detecting offences under the white slave laws. (A message yesterday stated that an extraordinary scandal is causing consternation in Breslau. Fourteen persons have been arrested for immorality. It is alleged that they inveigled seven-ty-two young schoolgirls at various times to a house in Augusta-Strasse. An army officer, a police official, an architect, and four tradesmen committed suicide, fearing arrest.)
