WAIRARAPA v. WELLINGTON
THE LOCAL TEAM
The following is the Wairarapa team to play Wellington, at Masterton, on Saturday next: —Full back, A. Tait; threequarters, W. Darvill, H. Matson, K. Strang; five-eighths, C. Groube, G. Ross; half, F. Ball; forwards, F. Brough, N. Johnson, C. Ross, H. MeKenzie, J. Clarke, A. Hodge, A. Desmond, D. Ross. Emergencies,—Back, E. Mason; forwards, S. Dixon, Wishaw.
The representative football match between "Wairarapa and tho Bush, which has hitherto been an annual fixture, will not be played this season. The Wairarapa team will conclude its series of representative fixtures next Saturday, when a match will be played against Wellington at Masterton. Rugby above the ordinary should te the result of the meeting at Masterton on Saturday of the Wellington and Wairarapa representatives. Given fine weather and a fast ground the contest should be the best seen in Wairarapa this seasoui
