LONDON, Monday,
The Executive Committee of the Northumberland Miners Association has issued a circular announcing that there is a bank overdraft of £10,000, which will shortly be increased to £16,000. The executive, which is about to hold a ballot for and against a strike, asks where the money is to come from if there is a strike.
