FATAL TRAP ACCIDENT.

Carol Frederick Goldammer, 84 years of age, a widower, a visitor from Dunedin, met with a fatal trap accident, ou the PakoAvhai road, four miles from Hastings, last evening. Iv company with friends he was driving towards Mcance, a.hen the horse shied at a mob of cattle, and jerked the trap backAvards. Goldammer was throAvn on his head, and died in a few minutes. Ho has married daughters residing at Palmerston North and Dunedin.
