AT THE TOWN HALL,

A good houso greeted the Masterton Picture Company's entertainment at the Town Hall last evening, when an excellent, programme was cd. The star film, "Rose Rouge, again gave great pleasure, the various stages of the drama being splendidly received, showing that the efforts of tho Company aro appreciated 'in presenting a film ol such high merit. "The Eruption oi Mount Etna " was again scon to groat advanfi r 0 the audience being greatly impressed by the lurid picture. "Speedy, tne Message Boy," was a source ol much amusement, his escapades causing a simmer of merriment throughout the piece, and .undoubtedly as a laughtor raiser tho film comes up to its reputation. "Fishing in Scotland" was one of the favourite pictures, the scenery being typical of "the land. ox the mountain and the floor!. lonight the management put on an entire change of programme, equal to anything yet scon in the colonies.
