Au interesting industrial film showed the manufacture of high-class pottery and art ware in China. "Cross-country riding by a squad of j_ortuguese Cavalry" was a reproduction of several sensational equestrian acts that were absolutely thrilling. "The Champions of the Indian Arena" dealt with a light of two trained elephants of immense size and was exciting m the extreme. Tho programme, which was an exceptionally good one, will be repeated this evening. Messrs Thompson and Payne, as a mark of appreciation of tho support accorded to them in Masterton, have decided to spare no expense in presenting before their patrons the best possible programmes, and have entered into contracts for the delivery of a number of famous dramas. The first of these was "Tho Mystery of a Hansom Cab," which ran to record business in Masterton, and the second, "The Double Event," will be shown on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nignts. Mr Alt'.
