PLAYERS GIVEN TEN DAYS TO DECIDE.

Clem Hill was present at the mooting of the Board of Control, and interviewed afterwards, said, he hurt not!)ing to say with regard to the Board's action in appointing , a manager. This is taken as an indication that the dissatisfied players will not press the protest and will be available for selection. They have been given ten days to decide. It was further decided that if the players also appoint a manager his salary of £-100 and expenses will bo charged against the expenses of the tour. The meeting approved of the fixtures for tho English tour.
