BOXING.
MORAN AND DRISOOLL. LONDON, Sunday. In the case in which the boxers Moran and Driscoll appealed against a decision binding them over, on the ground that their proposed fight for the. feather-Aveigbt championship would be illegal, the Magistrate refused to state a case. He declared that, the defence disclosed no point of law arising for a decision. The defendants do not intend to move for a mandamus.
