AMATEUR ATHLETICS.
. The following events havo been arranged to take place on the Park Oval on Thursday next, at 6 p.m. :—l2oyds Handicap Hurdles, 440 yds Handicap. As the provincial championships are approaching a full attendance is expected. Tho evening events will bo considered try-out races and tho Club's representatives will be selected ou their performances in these events. The Club's cricket match with the V.M.C.A. will be continued on Thursday afternoon.
