"ress Association—Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursday, at 8.10 a.m. WASHINGTON, Wednesday. Mr Tat't and Mr Koox discussed the Anglo-American draft treaty at a Cabinet meeting. Mr Taft stated that he did not see the force of the British press criticism in regard to the necessity for consulting the Senate before arbitrating. No agreement was readied. The Arbitration Court treaty is not ready, and it wih be several weeks before the Ways and Means Committee will commence revision.
