Mr William Hoey Keamey Redmond, M.P., of tbe Irish Delegation, who will visit Mastertou to-morrow, is a brother of the leader of the Irish National Party, and second son of the late Mi W. A. Redmond. He entered public life on coming of age as Urban Councillor and Poor Law Guardian of Dublin in 1902, was Chairman of the National Holiday Committee of Dublin in the following year, contested the South Dublin seat in 1-0., and in 1906-7 toured the United States on behalf of the Homo Rule cause.
