POLLING TIME EXTENDED

SYDNEY, Friday
At the Labour Congress, a motion that full rights of citizenship be granted to' women received a majority of one vote, but was lost as it required a two-thirds majority.
A motion to limit, election expenses to £100 was negatived.
It was decided that the hours for voting at a Parliamentary election should be extended.
