CANADA'S OPINIONS.
LONDON, Wednesday,
The Daily Mail's Ottawa correspondent reports that owing to the meagre despatches the Declaration of London has attracted very little attention. The general opinion is that the Dominions should not be overlooked in a matter of this kind. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Prime Minister of Canada, has not studied the matter. Before it comes to a definite decision, the Government will analyse the Declaration.
The South African Agent-General, interviewed, said that the Declaration ought not to be ratified without due discussion.
