WEDDING.
M'CORD—RIDDELL
At the Presbyteriau Church. Pahiatua, yesterday. Mr Edmund McCord, of Masterton, was united in the bonds of matrimony to Miss Jauet Riddell, eldest daughter of Mr Thomas Riddell. of Pahiatua, and formerly of Masterton. The bride was , married iv her travelling dress, a handsome blue costume and white hat, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She was given away by her father and was attended by Miss Annie Riddell in the capacity of bridesmaid, the latter wearing a beautiful dress of cream chiffon taffeta with hat to match. Mr P. Smith, of Masterton. acted as best man aud the Rev. Mills was the officiating clergyman. Subsequently the party adjourned to the residence of the bride's pareuts where a sumptons wedding breakfast was partaken of, all joining iv wishing the., newly married couple happiness prosperity. Mr and Mrs McCord by motor car iv the afternoon for Wanganui, where the honeymoon is to be spent,
