Mrs Wilsou then put a haudkerchief to Miss Duffy's mouth aud she struck the kuife iuto her side aud neck. The deceased struggled a little. Accused hold tho handkerchief over her mouth all the time. She thou took the knife out, the blood spurting out. Accused, wlieu she stabbed tho deceased had her left kuee ou tho bed. Witness weut through the whole proceedings graphically in Court. Miss Duffy only groaued a little. Witness, at accused's requosc, washed tho blood off deceased's bauds She told him to wash tho bloodstained clothes. Accusod was remanded for eight days.
