At the crimiual session of the Supreme Court, to-day, the Grand Jury returned true bills iv the casos of Edward Joues, alias Johns, charged with indecent assault; Frauds Robert Linton, charged with a breach of the Bankruptcy Act; Harry Deoley, theft; Robert Mcllwaiue, assault aud causing actual bodily harm; Frederick James Symous, assault aud robbery; John Gascoigue Weightmau, perjury; Charles Fittou, assault; Emauuel White, manslaughter; Wm Waugli, wouudiug; John Chalker, assault aud robbery; Albert Duncan Brown, alias Browne, assault aud robbery; Patrick Walsh, breaking aud entering; James Little, breach of the Bankruptcy Act. The jury returned no bill in the case of Thomas Wilson Potts, charged with having committed a breach of the Bankruptcy Act. Harry Deeley, charged with the theft of au overcoat containing a pocket-book with £10 aud a pair of gloves, was found uot guilty. Edward Joues, alias Johns, was found guilty of indecent assault ou a little girl at Ashurst, and will be brought up for seuteuce. Richard Mellwaiu was found not guilty of the charge of assaulting Robert Richardson at Koeke.
