Opaki Rifle Club had a very successful time at the Manawatu Association's Meeting. Winslade easily won the Grand Agrgegate, and- also the Fergusson Aggregate (compiled from scores in the first three matches), while lie also was second in the Manawatu Match. For consistent shooting this rifleman takes beating, and it is to his credit that he has won the grand aggregate at Palmerstou twice in succession. In the teams match King shot very well, putting on 98 at 200 yds, 500 yds and 600 yds, but the Linton Club defeated Opaki for first place-by four points. McLeay, of Whakataki, tied with three others for second place in the aggregate, and in the shoot-off secured third place. Opaki men captured a number of cash prizes.
