The following members attended a meeting of the above on Saturday afternoon :— Messrs G.C.Summerell. 1). McGregor, junr., i;. Gray, and 0. C. Cooper.
The financial statement of the Association showed a or balance of £381 Us <Sd. Accounts amounting to XliO 2s 5d wore passed for payment.
The Secretary was authorised to pay wages weekly in connection with work on the grandstand, subject to time-sheet and certili:ate from Mr Daniell.
