NORWAY AND SWEDEN.

Stockholm, Yesterday.
King Oscar, in his speech closing the session of the Riksdag, touchingly alluded to the separation of Norway, though he believed that a good foundation for a lasting peace had been laid.
The Swedish Court are anxious to secure the accession of.Prince Charles of Denmark to the Norwegian throne, fearing that the establishment of a republic will undoubtedly strengthen the Swedish radical and socialistic parties who arc agitating for a republic for Sweden.
