OPAKI QUOITS CLUB.
(Special to Daily Times.)
Owing to the unfavourable weather on Saturday, the monthly quoits competition had to be postponed.
The majority of the Committee met and decided to hold it next Saturday. As a match had partially been arranged for that date between the Mangatainoka Club and Opaki, it will likewise have to take place on a later date.
The first drawing for Messrs Payton and Co.'s and Mr Cress' trophies will take place on Saturday. The ladies will play for Messrs C. Smith and Co.'s trophy.
