Carterton v. Greytown.

The tennis match, Carterton v. Greytown, played at Carterton, yesterday afternoon, resulted in a win for the home team, the total scores being : Carterton, 709 ; Greytown, 591; Carterton winning by an aggregate of 117.
A remarkable family record as regards age came to light in Ballarat, Victoria. A Mrs Catherine Atkinson died on February 16th at the age of 83 years. She left ten children, whose ages range from 63 to 36. The ages of the children amount to 509 years.
Everyone is speaking highly of the success which attended - the New Zealand exhibit at the recent Exhibition held at Liverpool. At the close, the perishable produce was sold, and nearly £100 worth of Mosgiel rugs and blankets found purchasers.
