Appeals Dismissed.
{By Telegraph — p*csz Association) Chiustchurch, Last Night,
Sir George Clifford, and Messrs J. Cook and G. K. Guinness, Racing Conference Judges in the appeals of J. E. Corrigan and Hugh Paltridge against the Taranaki Jockey Club, have dismissed the appeals.
In the Oorngan case the Judges are of opinion that the telegrams and letters fully justify the decision of the Taranaki Jockey Club. With regard to Paltridge the Judges say his denial does not sufficiently rebut the statements on which the judgment of the Taranaki Jockey Club was based.
