Orphanage Buildings Destroyed

(By Telegraph—Press Association) Christchukch, Last Night.

A fire at Lyttelton, this afternoon, destroyed the old orphanage buildings, on the Governor's Bay, Roslyn. A portion of the buildings was saved, and also some of the contents. The building and contents were insured for .£2IOO in the New Zealand, South British and National Offices, but the amount involved does not reach the figure.
