MAGISTERIAL TRANSFER.

Auckland, Last Night.
Mr T. Hutchison, S.M., wno has been transferred to New Plymouth, presided in the Auckland Court for the last time to-day, and was farewelled by the Auckland Bar, Mr T. Cotter, Pre sident of the Law Society, speaking highly of the manner in which Mr Hutchison had discharged his duties on the Bench.
