MYSTERIOUS OCCURRENCE.
Supposed Suicide.

Dunedin, Last Night
What appeared to be a deliberate case of suicide was reported this atternoon. An elderly man was seen to walk into the breakers on the Ocean Beach, behind Tahuna Park. He was quickly carried away by the current, and when last seen the body was outside the line of breakers. No one was close enough to give a description of the man, and no one is known to be missing.
