Donald McKenzie was committed for trial on two further charges of sheepstealing. The Court sitting at Clinton lasted from 9.30 a.m. till 10.30 p.m. Bail was fixed in prisoner's recognisance of and two sureties of i>2oo each. Bail was immediately forthcoming.
