Uneasiness in Britain.

The Times states that Britain is watching with deep concern the progress of the Conciliation and Arbitration and Navigation Bills in the Federal Parliament. The underlying principles occasion uneasiness. If the Labour proposals are carried the effects on Australia's internal situation and credit outside can hardly tail to have very serious results. It is hoped that the Moderates will avert mischief even at the loss of some temporarily political
