Gisborne Wool Sales.
At last week's wool sales, at Gisborne, bidding was spirited. Strong greasy crossbreds, well-conditioned, made 6-ljd ; a few better lines were passed in at a shade below their reserves (7d); bushstained and rough lots made from 5M to 6d; lambs, 5-*Vd to 6kl ; good pieces, 4d to 4id; locks", 2id to 3M; crutchings, 4d to 4£d.
