Russian Ambassador Leaves Tokio.

London, February 7,
Russian representatives abroad were officially advised on the 6th that, in consequence of the receipt of the Japanese Note breaking off negotiations, the Czar had ordered the Ambassadorial staff to leave Tokio. Japan's action without awaiting Russia's answer would throw the responsibility ot the consequences ot the rupture upon Japan.
