Austria and Russia Express Their Disapproval.

Belgrade, August 11
All the Servian officers who were studying in Austria and Russia have been repatriated by official orders from those nations, with a view to marking their disapprobation of the military situation in Servia, especially with regard to the attitude of the assassins of the late King Alexandra aud Queen Draga.
