Russia Demands ExemplaryPunishment. (Received To-day, at 9.12 a.m.) Constantinople, August 10. Bussia is demanding immediate exemplary punishment of Bostkovsky's assassin, who has been arrested. [A cable messago yesterday stated that a Turkish gendarme shot Bostkovsky, the Bussian Consul, at Monastir, during an altercation over the omission of a greeting.]
