Mr Kollner, who was Mayor of Bloomfontoin in 1000, interviewed at Berlin, eulogised tho British conduct of tho war, and tho deep concern of the officers over the earlier mortality in tho concentration camps, and thoir efforts to iniprovotho sanitation. Ho added that annexation assures freodom, ptogress and prosperity to tho country.
