General Botha, at Capetown, in thanking tho Afrikanders for tho reception thoy had given him in tho hall of the Dutch Church, urged tho necessity of co-operation, as Africa was tho only country they could call home. General Do la Boy declared tho Boers had buried their Mausers and flag, but not their traditions. Many Englishmen were present.
