KRUGEK'S OBSTINACY. (Received April 30,5 p.m.) London, April 29. In the House of Commons, the Right Hon. J. Chamberlain said that Great Britain had informed Mr Kruger, President of tbe Transyaal Republic that the dynamite concession was a breach of the Convention. Mr Krugor's roply, he said, would shortly be published. The anxiety respecting tbe situation in the Transvaal is increasing daily, The " Baily Chronicle" says that Mr Kruger's obstinacy and disregard of British warnings are likely to have disastrous results.
