\nmun CRICKET ASSOCIATION. [llV THE BOWMK.] A meeting of the delegates was held at Carterton last ereniDg, Mr W. C, Cargill occupying tho chair. A letter 1 was received from Mr Levers stating that the Wellington representative team could not visit the Wnirarapa during the holidays. ( Correspondence was received in connection with tho visit of tho Wanganui cricket team/'lt was decided to play ■yYanganui at Greytown ou the 23rd and 21th January. A vote of thanks was passed to Mem.F.U. Wood, H.S. Izard, T.H.Bennett and Keltic for their donations to the Association, The, now rules as amended wcro adopted and a, .vote of thanks was accorM' to the compilers of tho rules, viz., Messrs W..C. Cargill and E. C. Tylee. ■ It was decided that the rules should conio into force at once, and that H|? hundred copies be printed. Tho unfinished championship matches will he continued as follows: —l7th December, and ?th and 11th January ,• Midland L'liFeailierston I, Carterton v. Greytown, and Carterton v. Featheraton.

Mr Cargill stated that a team from the Wellington Clubs would bo willing to play Wairarapa on New Year's Day. It was decided to play the match at Greytown, tho team io be selected on Saturday next. The second round of the championship matches was fixed as follows : SKMOJS-j-January 28th and February 4th : Carterton v. Grevtown, at Carterton; Midland v. Featherston, at Greytown. February 11th and 18th: Carterton a. Featherston, at Carterton; Midland ». Greytown, at Mastertou. February '2oth> and March 4th: Carterton v. Midland, at Carterton; Featherston v.
