SRISH CHANNEL ATTEMPTED. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, June 24. Miss Gleitze’s attempt to swim the Irish Channel from Donachadee, County Down, to Port Patrick, Scotland, was abandoned, after swimming 22 miles in six hours.
