PRESIDENT’S HANDICAP—--1 KOHARA 1 6 QUEEN’S OWN .... 2 3 GREAT BINGEN .... 3 8 TALARO 4 All started. Won by length and a half. Time 4.25 4-5. Great Bingen’s time off 108 yards behind scratch in the President’s Handicap, in which he ran third, was 4.19 2-5, a world’s record in a trotting race.
