DEADLOCK IN NEGOTIATIONS. FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT LONDON, March 23. There is a threatened deadlock in the Queensland loan negotiations, which is the outcome of financiers requiring an atmosphere of confidence as regards the refunding operations. They endeavoured to obtain a statement from the pastoral lease holders that they were satisfied with the result of the negotiations with the other leaseholders, who however were adamant, demanding concessions in Queensland legislation, which Mr Theodore was not prepared to give.
