OBITUARY.
PER PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT LONDON, November 20. The Rev. Dr John, Clifford, the famous Baptist preacher and one-time pastor of Westbourne Park Chapel, died at a council meeting of the Baptist Union. LONDON. Nov. 21. The King sent a letter of condolence to Dr Clifford's family stating that he gratefully realised his services in promoting the religious life of successive generations of ’ ’ fellow countrymen.
