HIS TOUR CONCLUDED. Per Press Asociation —Copyright. Penang, May 23. The Prince of Wales’ visit to Penang was the last of the tour for which the programme was arranged. The Renown anchored 18 miles off port, and the Prince proceeded by tug on a nearly three-hour journey among the wooded islands to the harbour. He drove through streets lined with members of the European, Chinese, and Malay communities to the Government House. He was met by representative men at lunch at the Penang Club. The Prince motored out sight-see-ing in the afternoon, and returned at night to the Renown, which sailed for Colombo.
