FASCIST! TROOPS ATTACK PADUA AND FERRARA. AUTHORITIES POWERLESS. Press Assn.—By Tel.—Copyright. Rome, May 21. Owing to his election to the Chamber of Faseisti, Deputy Piccinate, for the Venetian town of Rovigo, is being annulled. A squadron of Faseisti troops from Padua Ferrara occupied the town, where they are attacking the Socialists and clergy. A number of casualties are reported, but the authorities are powerless.
