The paper dwells on the seamen’s high wages and the dearth of sch**i .a, while Britain’s internal position is highly critical. The paper adds that the real remedy is for Britain to abandon i.cr policy of mistrust of Germany and grant others the privileges of acquiring colonies. Also to acquiesce in the right of passage through the Dardanelles and relinquish the idea of supremacy.
