Tire Perry v. Willis action arising out of a seeno in the Assembly lending to the Speaker ordering Mr. Perry to be brought back to tho Chamber, has been settled.

Thy plaintiff claimed £IOOO damages against tho Speaker and Scrgeant-at-Arms. His counsel announced that having previously won on a demurrer before tho Full Court, ho was not desiious to recover money from tho Government in respect to tho alleged assault and imprisonment.
